The guarantee of rvisual does not cover stability and functionality of the virtual product(s). All virtual products are tested on selected PC and MAC platforms, and in case of any issues, it is necessary to contact the support of the given software. rvisual provides updates to its products that help improve packages based on customer reviews. Updates are free for all who have purchased any virtual product(s). If suspicion arises that the customer is not receiving updates via email, please contact us at the email: email@example.com with the purchase order number and enclosed invoice that was sent upon purchase to the email provided. rvisual s.r.o. reserves the right to make any changes in the product without prior notification. rvisual s.r.o. is not obliged to create updates to a given product forever.
You may file a claim only in case of providing proof (with supporting materials - either by screenshot or video) of the lack of functionality of the virtual product, e.g. in case of a corrupt file. In such case, contact us at our email firstname.lastname@example.org with the purchase order number and enclosed invoice that was sent upon purchase to the email provided. In case of any problem, the customer is obliged to try out the product also on other available versions of the given software. If proven, the customer will be entitled to receive his or her money back. In this case, the customer must also prove deletion of the received data, which he or she purchased at store.rvisual.cz. There is no entitlement to receiving money back if the virtual product was working for a while and was used, but then stopped working. We therefore also do not recommend any intervention or interference in the purchased product than as intended. If the customer himself or herself causes damage to the virtual product(s), there is no entitlement to receive money back. In this case, the customer may contact us at the email: email@example.com with the purchase order number and enclosed invoice that was sent upon purchase to the email provided. Based on this request, we can provide the customer with a replacement in the form of the availability to download the virtual product(s) once again.
